Article Writer in the Philippines

on August 20th, 2010 by admindoug

To be an article writer in the Philippines is a dream for some while others, like myself, have made it a reality. While this does sound like a fun occupation, it does require discipline to complete the daily work assignments.

It has been a long time now that my daily routine is writing for most, if not all, of every day due to the demand for high quality SEO articles that are written by a native speaking English professional. This does keep me rather busy with little time to enjoy the beach and other activities that living on the island offer. On the flip side, a weekend road trip is always located in paradise.

The number of articles I have sold is over 10,000. That is when I stopped counting earlier this year. If you are thinking about hiring the American Article Writer, here are the pros and cons of that business venture. I am an American Veteran and know the language and American culture. I have also been out of the country since before the Obama administration so all of my current events in the states are news media oriented.

My prices are lower than every other American in this profession. I have higher rates than most other writers located overseas. I deliver the requested articles promptly but the typhoons and monsoons at times knock out the power and there are delays.

I only use Xoom and Western Union for payments due to the prices other services charge for international money exchanges. Each of these has a minimal amount which sets the lower limit of work I can accept. I say this because of all the requests for me to write just one or two articles. If I was charging American rates that would be enough, but my fees are so low a larger quantity of articles must be ordered to meet this minimum amount.

I have worked as an article writer for both beginning internet entrepreneurs and well established ones. Where you are located is also immaterial to me. We are all the same in the internet so if you’re hesitant, like some have because of the country of origin, no need to worry, I am not prejudiced.

At times I have turned down work because my schedule is full. It by no means is reflective on the work I was requested to do or who was requesting it. I only accept a workload that I know I can produce on a daily basis.

If you are looking for an article writer in the Philippines, I am your man. I am dependable and reliable. Because of my workload I no longer send out freebies, so please stop asking.

This has been a public service announcement from the American Article Writer.

  1. Hi,

As a professional copywriter with 3 years of experience, I’ve written myriads of copies in a variety of forms. I have considerable copywriting exposure for the US, Indian as well as British markets and I am always on a lookout for fresh challenges in Copywriting.

I have done umpteen projects including copywriting jobs for a prominent UK-based Global Publishing House. Currently, I work as a freelance writer with the Internet Division of a leading newspaper of India as a health expert. Job role includes writing and editing of health & fitness related articles. Additionally, I churn out well-researched travel articles on a regular basis for another Delhi-based company catering to a host of clients in US, UK & Australia.

I’m also old hands at marketing write-ups in form of Newsletters, Press Releases, Company Brochures and Promotional Ad campaigns. Besides, my experience also includes writing Feature stories, Product reviews, drafting of Business Letters in addition to proofreading final documents.

If you think I can be of any help to you, please feel free to touch base with me.Regards,Pratima
